Use the form below with any question, bug or idea. We usually reply within a few days, by email to the address you give. If it’s about your account, give the address on the account.

Getting an account
Ippo is invite-only for now. To ask for an invite, request an invite with the form above: give the address you’d like to sign in with, and tell us the language you want to study (Japanese or Chinese).
Forgot your password
Use the form with the address on your account and we will help you get back in.
A sentence looks wrong
Many example sentences are written by AI. If one is unnatural, wrong or inappropriate, report it from the card during a review. Reports go straight to us.
Deleting your account
In the app, open Settings → Account → Delete account. This removes your account and study data from our server. If you can’t sign in, use the form with the address on the account and we will delete it for you. See the Privacy Policy for what this covers.
Reporting a bug
In the app, open Settings → Send feedback, or use the form. Tell us what you did, what you expected and what happened, and whether you were on iPhone or the web.

The Genki decks follow the vocabulary of the Genki textbooks. Ippo is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Japan Times, the publisher of Genki.
